Our organization originated as the dream of Melody Biehl.
As a cancer survivor, she was quite confronted by the reality that revolves around cancer treatment. She felt that the fight for wellness should be supported and not burdened by the rigors of handling the minor details of travel and accommodation during the treatment process.
That dream has grown into an organization and supportive network that lifts up the process to another level.
Because There Is Hope is honored to welcome patients to a place of support, compassion, and relief from the challenges they face daily.
100% of proceeds go directly to the local community.

Our mission is to provide support for cancer patients and survivors in the Greater Wenatchee Valley. As an outreach program of Confluence Health, Wellness Place offers resources for cancer patients and their families from initial diagnosis through every stage of treatment. Wellness Place also supports those suffering from other chronic illnesses through Diabetes Support Services and the SAIL program.
The mission of Reel Recovery is to help men in the cancer recovery process by introducing them to the healing powers of the sport of fly-fishing, while providing a safe, supportive environment to explore their personal experiences of cancer with others who share their stories.
